Inxpectai Pty Ltd was founded in Melbourne on a simple observation: too many defects, safety hazards and compliance gaps are discovered late — after they have become expensive, disruptive or dangerous. A scheduled inspection catches what it is pointed at; it rarely catches everything that matters.
Our founders came from two worlds that rarely speak the same language — hands-on inspection and compliance work, and applied artificial intelligence. Inxpectai exists to bring those worlds together: qualified inspection judgement, backed by AI that reviews imagery, sensor data and documentation at a scale no human team can match.
Today we work with building owners, facility managers, contractors and asset-heavy businesses across Australia, combining on-site inspection practice with AI-assisted analysis to deliver clear, evidence-backed compliance reporting. Every finding is traceable to an image, a data point or a clause of the relevant standard.
We are a proudly independent Australian company, registered in Victoria, and we answer only to our clients and to the standards our work exists to uphold.
